Our Mission
Blankets With Love mission is to provide gracious warmth during winter to families and students impact by mental health, and facing low income
Blankets will be distributed to over 300 Wisconsin families in need; through partnerships with Plymouth Food Pantry and St. Vincent de Paul

How to Donate:
Slightly used, professionally laundered Blankets, will also be accepted.
All donations will support local families, to improve our community

Plymouth/Sheboygan High School Students, in partnership with Plymouth Food Pantry, will hand out Blankets with Love to identified families impacted by Mental Health challenges, during multiple outreaches, November through February

About Me
Last year, I founded a Mental Health Awareness Campaign, and non-profit organization called Blankets With Love, Inc
Our mission is to provide gracious warmth and kindness during winter to local families impact by the mental health crisis.
We've set some ambitious goals to kick start the beginning of the school year
- Deliver 300 blankets to local families and students impact by behavioral or emotional concerns, partnering with Plymouth High School, St. Vincent de Paul and Plymouth Food Pantry
- Recruit 30, 9-11 grade students and expand Blankets With Love into 3 area school districts to ensure future years of kind acts of love with blankets, coats and glove donation drives
United By A Common Goal
Our donors can largely be divided into three groups – local community members, local businesses and foundations. To reach these groups, I have sent over a thousand hand-sealed letters to raise awareness about our work.
On the way, I learned I needed a 501(c)3 title to apply for foundation grants, so I formed a board of directors, drafted by-laws and secured 501(c)3 approval and a federal tax identification number in 2024. This allowed me to set up a bank account and raise funds. After drafting bylaws and meeting the legal requirements, we could get going. Through over a dozen fundraising campaigns and foundation applications, Blankets With Love has managed to establish a steady stream of donations that has entirely contributed to the success of our work.
